MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs all orders executed by Customer and Service Provider (“Service Order(s)”) providing for Customer’s access to and use of any service provided by Service Provider (“Service”). The Agreement consists of the Service Order; this Master Service Agreement (“MSA”); the applicable service addendum(s) in respect of the ordered Service, including any applicable Service Level Agreement contained therein (“Service Addendum”); together with Service Provider’s Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any other applicable policies.

All Service Orders are subject to the MSA and applicable service addendums.

COLOCATION ACCESS PROCEDURES

These Colocation Access Procedures (“CAP”) are a component of the MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) between Colohouse and a Customer. The purpose for this CAP is to ensure the safety and security of our Data Center, the Company Network, each Customer and its Customer Equipment located in its Customer Space. Capitalized terms used in this CAP shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement.

Along with the Standard Clauses for Data Processing, this Data Pro Statement constitutes the data processing agreement for the product or service provided by the company that has drawn up this Data Pro Statement.

SUBPOENA RESPONSE POLICY

Colohouse respects the privacy of its customers. In accordance with relevant laws, Colohouse policy prohibits the release of customer or account information except when required by law or in compliance with legal process served on Colohouse and/or its affiliated entities.

ESCALATION POLICY

The purpose of the Escalation Policy & Procedure is to connect customers and third parties with Colohouse personnel in the rare occurrence of a failure, concern, incident or complaint.
